All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and the limited-edition nature of our releases, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
1. Change of mind
2. Incorrect purchase
3. Finding a lower price elsewhere
4. Personal preference
Please ensure all order details, including quantities and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and fulfillment. If your item arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@vusithembekwayo.com
Include the following in your email:
1. Order number
2. Description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and advise on the next steps. Please note: Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.
Non-Delivery
If your package does not arrive due to courier issues, please contact us and we will assist in opening a support ticket with the courier. However, we cannot guarantee refunds for courier delays or lost parcels once the item has been handed over to the shipping provider.
